Today, as the primary initiative of our newly established Research Unit, LMN is launching the largest, most ambitious consultation of Muslim members and supporters of the Labour Party in our recent history.
With the rapid rise in hate crime, and the increase in violent and non-violent Islamophobia across the UK; the Labour Muslim Network does not plan to simply sulk silently in response. Instead, we’re ready to step out of the shadows and embrace our share of responsibility in ensuring the continued safety and prosperity of the Muslim community in this country.
We hope through this groundbreaking research we are able to hear the breadth of member experiences and help develop the policy of the Labour party to better represent our communities.
