Syrian Revolution - 10 years on

2021 marks ten years since the beginning of the Syrian uprising. On the 15th of March 2011, fifteen young boys in the town of Daraa were arrested and tortured for writing anti-government graffiti on school walls. A peaceful uprising that followed eventually turned into a civil war that has claimed the lives of thousands. As we pass ten years since the start of the conflict, LMN will bring together speakers to look at how the Labour Party has and can contribute to peace and justice in Syria.
